Q: What is the FedEx Institute of Technology?
The FedEx Institute of Technology (short FIT) is a research institute based at the main campus of the University of Memphis, TN, USA. The FIT acts as a research catalyst, engaging collaborative inter-disciplinary research teams to drive innovation, commercial technology realization and corporate partnerships.
Q: My job?
My job was to create a layout for the 2010 annual report. This includes gathering all the info graphics, photos and latest articles and bring them together. Oh and not to forget all the layout work done with Adobe InDesign.

Oh yes. This project was very challenging. I was forced not only to design and layout stuff, I was also responsible to act with a lot of people which where more or less involved in the process and so kind of dependent on them, which resulted in delays. On the design site, it was demanding to meet all the strict CD guidelines of the FIT and University of Memphis at the same time. I wanted to create an interesting layout, which connects all the different content-wise aspects of the magazine.
